DAYS Function in Excel

This article describes the syntax and example of the DAYS function in Microsoft Excel. The Excel DAYS function returns the number of days between two dates. The DAYS function was introduced in MS Excel 2013.

Syntax
           =DAYS(enddate,start_date)
The first argument is the end date. The second argument is the start date.

For Example

Subtract the start date (C5) from the end date (B5).

Days Function in Excel

There are 61days between the two dates 22/03/2023 and 22/05/2023.
